In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Personalized, custom-made, or custom-cut products are neither returnable nor exchangeable. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method. In the case of a minor defect, an alternative solution (partial replacement or partial refund) may be offered.
