In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.
